For this golf simulator and game room, we wanted everything to be perfectly integrated. We installed in-ceiling speakers and subwoofers for great sound, plus a projector and multiple TVs for the best viewing experience. We also added custom lighting to set the right mood, and roller shades at the entrance to manage the outside light. And to make things simple, we used Control4 so everything can be controlled easily. Lastly, we made sure the space is secure by adding a security camera, without taking away from the overall look.

In the main conference room, we installed a 75" TV and Neat conferencing equipment, both provided by the client. We also equipped two additional offices with 65" Sony Bravia displays and Neat systems, also supplied by the customer. All programming and system integration were handled by Regency Centers. We worked with Acoustic Innovations Jay Miller where we collaborated and came up with what we think is a fun master piece that will be enjoyed for years to come. For security, Alarm.com cameras were installed around the property, allowing the homeowners to conveniently monitor their home from anywhere. One of her favorite features is the ability to control and manage everything directly from her phone, making it simple to check cameras, access the security system, and stay connected to her home no matter where she is.
As part of the backyard renovation, we transformed the outdoor area into an extension of the home by adding Klipsch landscape speakers and expanding Wi-Fi coverage outdoors. This allows the family to enjoy music and connectivity throughout the house while keeping everything connected to the home's overall technology system. The result is a comfortable and easy-to-use environment where indoor and outdoor living work together as one complete experience.
